1. Non-Refundable Payments
All fees paid to access any Gold Edge Capital evaluation program, including One Step, Two Step, and Instant Funding programs, are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the company. By purchasing access to any of our programs, you acknowledge that you are paying solely for entry into a simulated trading environment for educational and evaluation purposes.
2. No Guarantee of Live Capital
Purchasing an evaluation, challenge, or Instant Funding program does not guarantee live capital allocation. Any rewards, bonuses, simulated funding, or funding opportunities offered are discretionary and subject to the trader meeting all program performance, risk management, and compliance requirements established by Gold Edge Capital.
3. Discretionary Refunds
Gold Edge Capital reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue refunds only in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
Duplicate payments caused by technical errors
Platform malfunctions that prevent participation in the purchased program
Verified payment processing errors
Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Refund Denial & Risk Assessment
Refund requests will be denied if:
The trader has already accessed, logged into, or used the evaluation or Instant Funding platform
The trader has violated any program rules or the Terms & Conditions
The trader is deemed, at Gold Edge Capital’s sole discretion, to pose a financial, operational, or reputational risk to the company
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team within 48 hours after the purchase. Requests must include valid proof of payment and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request. All requests will be reviewed in accordance with this policy and the company’s internal assessment procedures.
